Contract Hire is a risk free method of acquiring, running and maintaining plant, the contract hire rate is inclusive of all repair costs & servicing.
Operating Lease
We offer operating lease options on machines and on an operating lease option the customer is sharing the operating risks. K.J.Services would take the residual value risk whilst the customer is responsible for repair bills or machine operating costs.
This residual value risk is taken by K.J.Services and we will collect the machine at the end of the lease period and attempt to sell it in order to realise this unpaid amount.
If required, we can offer repair and maintenance contracts and service contracts which can be added to this type of agreement, this type of contract then becomes a Contract Hire agreement which is a virtually risk free method of operating plant and machinery.
